**Qualifications:**

3-5 years accounting experience (preferred) Highly organized and able to multi-task Able to work in a team environment Good verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel Associates or Bachelors Degree and/or related work experience Good driving record, valid drivers license, and proof of insurance

**Responsibilities:**

Standley Systems Commercial Contract Client Service Specialist will be responsible for building new contracts, maintaining existing contracts, handle client questions and requests for information, final billings and restocking/moves of equipment. This position will report directly to the Contract Department Manager. Description: Receive and verify all new sales paperwork Secure funding when necessary Track and complete sale once install is complete Manage sales in Sales Scorekeeper Build all new contracts Maintain existing contracts Address Changes Maintenance Changes Answer questions regarding contracts and/or contract invoices Provide copies of contracts as requested by clients and/or Sales Assist Sales with Lease and/or Contract questions (not limited to, but including) Lease Buyouts Co-Term Lease rates Average monthly volume of machines Addition or removal of machines to/from contract Final billing on machines that have been picked up Restocking Processing equipment that has been moved Maintain contracts turning from lease to rental Monitor and track machines installed as loaner or demo Monitor and research all CEO Juice alerts Hit target response times on emails coming into the Contracts Department
