Position: Security Control Center Operator (SCCO)

Inceed has partnered with a leading company to help find a skilled Security ControlCenter Operator to join their team!

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to oversee physical security monitoring in our Security Control Center. This role is crucial for maintaining a safe environment through effective monitoring of CCTV systems and managing access control. You'll be part of a dynamic team that ensures the security of our facilities, contributing to a culture of safety and vigilance. If you have experience in environments with CCTV and restricted access, this opportunity could be an excellent fit for you!

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage CCTV feeds to ensure security across the premises.
• Collaborate with IT teams on security protocols related to Cyber and physical identities.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in security monitoring, particularly with CCTV and access control systems.
• Proven ability to manage security protocols.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and its integration with security operations.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Background in Cyber or IT security is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience in environments with overlapping physical and cyber security functions.
• Previous work in roles that required monitoring and responding to security incidents.
