* Responsible for properly handling all incoming and outgoing non-technical calls that are directed through the Health Information Technology (HIT) Help Desk.
* Thorough knowledge and understanding of the various hospital codes and processes.
* Alert and aware of the policies and procedures for handling all emergency and disaster calls taking immediate and appropriate action.
* Contact physicians, emergency response groups and all other healers through proper means.
Experience
* One (1) year customer service experience in a call center/hospital setting with basic computer skills
* 30 wpm typing, preferred.
Education
* High school education or equivalent GED
Compensation
* $12.22-$19.95/hr depending on previous work experience
Schedule
Monday through Friday - 6 am to 2 pm
