A Warehouse Coordinator job is currently available at Belcan Engineering in Oklahoma City, OK. This is a full time, direct job with full benefits. Great matching candidates will have at least two years of warehouse, logistics, and shipping/receiving experience; ideally supporting US DOD and/or aerospace projects. You will have a variety of responsibilities including: processing and packaging orders, handling factory deliveries of company products, organizing and restocking, taking inventory, and reordering materials.

Warehouse Coordinator job duties:
*Assemble orders and prepare goods for shipment.
*Document damages and discrepancies for future reimbursement and reconciliation.
*Receive, unpack, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.
*Support operations readiness and delivery.
*Uses shipping records to verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders.
*Operate a forklift and other machinery needed to transport heavy items around the warehouse.
*Assist customer service department in addressing customer complaints regarding shipments and deliveries.
*Develop new, improved, and innovative ways to store and ship products.

Core Qualifications:
*Two to five years of warehouse and logistics experience
*Ideal candidate will have worked in military & defense contract support
*Forklift and other warehouse machinery operating experience; ideally with certification
*Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required

Desired but not required skills:
*Experience with logistics analysis
*Fluent in SAP (ERP & MRP)
*Working knowledge with MS Excel
*F135 Fleet support
