Job Summary:

The Material Handler II is responsible for managing daily shipments, maintaining accurate inventory through cycle counts, and processing internal and external orders.

This role requires expertise in SAP for transaction accuracy, inventory handling, and compliance with company procedures.

The successful candidate will ensure efficient operations, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and contribute to continuous process improvements.



Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily orders, including internal, consignment returns, customer returns, and international shipments through SAP transactions.
• Investigate and correct SAP transactions to ensure accurate inventory consignment.
• Prepare inventory reports and provide recommendations to management.
• Assist with material handling duties such as returns processing, product movement, and order picking for internal and external orders.
• Ensure secure and organized work areas and maintain proper documentation for all materials.
• Operate material handling equipment and process inbound shipments with goods receipts and put-away.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, including FDA, GMP, and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Contribute to a team environment, focusing on communication, listening, and continuous improvement of products and processes.
• Perform simple maintenance and cleaning of equipment and the work area as needed.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in material handling, warehouse operations, or related fields.
• Proficiency in SAP for inventory transactions and order processing.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Experience in FDA, GMP, and ISO 9001 environments.
• Familiarity with consignment and rental processes.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment, including forklifts.
