SALARY: $15.00/hr.

  • Potential for Full-Time based on performance
SHIFT: Nights;Monday - Friday; 5:00pm - 1:30am
  • Shifts range from 6-10 hours dependent on workload

ROLE SUMMARY:

Warehouse Picker employees are a critical part of the Anheuser-Busch supply chain. Candidates are given the ability to build account orders to meet the demands of some of our top retail accounts. As a warehouse picker employee, you are responsible for ensuring the correct product is placed on each pallet so each of our accounts receives every case and product they ordered. You are the one who validates the pallets and ensures they are built to the highest quality standard. This verification is critical to protect the product and ensure employee safety as well as customer satisfaction. Pickers are compensated on a base + commission scale where the more cases you pick the more you make!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Overnight position
  • Ensure loads are built accurately in a timely manner
  • Load/unload delivery and over-the-road trucks, ensuring proper stock rotation in the warehouse and on trucks
  • Maintain and track quality control of products
  • Maintain appearance of facility including monitoring and repacking damaged product and general cleanliness and maintenance of equipment
  • Safely operate various types of warehouse equipment as necessary
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or GED certificate required
  • Safe driving record
  • Previous warehousing or distribution experience (preferred)
  • Ability to safely operate job related equipment (i.e. hand truck, pallet jack, etc.) (Preferred)
