The Line Cook is tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments: Develop your knowledge and skills in various cooking procedures and methods;Grow your skills in using knives and various kitchen equipment by professional standards;Recreate menu items for our restaurant and events center;Develop consistency in cooking and presentation;Minimize food waste through cross utilization;Setup workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment;Prepare ingredients in bulk to proactively keep the kitchen stocked with necessary items;Uphold sanitization and cleanliness up to brand, company, and county safety standards;Store all food and other items properly;Ensure ingredients that are served are of pristine quality;Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.
