Delivers “Unparalleled Hospitality” to each customer that visits our café
Interacts with crew leaders, customers, and vendors
Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly in stock and stored
Accurate order taking, includes repeating order to customer at time of order
Setting up or closing down the dining room, restrooms, and patios
Assist with opening and closing restaurant duties and re-stocking
Physical Requirements
Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice or taking out trash.
Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers.
Safely navigate in a fast-paced café environment.
Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Most shifts are between six to eight hours, but this may vary.
Crew Members can expect to have some early mornings, late evenings, weekend and/or holiday hours and may have additional opening/closing responsibilities.
Comply with the Tropical Smoothie Café uniform and personal hygiene polices for each shift.

Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products. Make recommendations to guests to fit their needs, especially when questioned about potential food allergens.
