Job Description
What you will do
You will be responsible for the management of all customer orders and for all commercial HVAC unit procurement activities within the Norman Modification Center, scheduling and order communication to customers. Additionally, you will also track order modification date, shipment and invoicing of modified commercial HVAC units in and out of the Norman Modification Center.
How you will do it
Control of orders, verification and initial scheduling.
Quoting and pricing for standard modification requests.
Verify correct pricing of equipment, accessories and modifications on Sales Order.
Communicate Sales Order information and estimated ship date to customers.
Track shipment and invoicing.
Track delivery status of equipment and communicate accordingly to the customer.
Coordinate unit transactions between Plants.
Process shipment Stock Transfer Order for shipment of modified unit.
Coordination of procurement activities over the Norman Modification Center to ensure on time product modifications and material flow.
Ensure the cost-, quality- and time-oriented supply of all required goods, materials, equipment and services under compliance with the respective business plans, budgets and targets.
Process Stock Transfer Order for equipment ordered for modification.
Process Stock Transfer Order's and Transfer Requests for materials.
Initiate and support proper Make or Buy decisions.
Ensure smooth product modifications by controlling the acquisition, sourcing on time, in line with cost targets, maintaining procurement results until start of modification.
Support implementation of Global Commodity strategies.
Support accurate and timely reporting of key measurables.
Implementation and continuous improvement of standardization activities.
Analyze internal processes and procedures to recommend and assist in implementation of process improvements to help reduce waste and improve logistics processes leading to overall logistics cost reductions and or improvements in delivery performance.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined education and experience
Experience in order management, customer relations and product knowledge
Strong SAP skills
Effective and professional communication and organizational skills
Ability to gather, relate and summarize information into logical conclusions.
Strong interpersonal skills required to interact with internal customers and suppliers
Highly motivated individual capable of handling multiple responsibilities
Demonstrated leadership, organization, planning, administration and team collaboration skills
Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to use business systems software
