Catholic Charities Worcester County is seeking a committed Capital Campaign Manager on a temporary contract basis to lead our upcoming fundraising endeavor for the relocation and renovation of the Mercy Centre, which is a comprehensive support center for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Located in Worcester, MA, this position will oversee all facets of a planned capital campaign aiming to raise $2.5 to 3 million and scheduled to conclude in early to mid-2025. The ideal candidate will be tasked with guiding every stage of the campaign, including strategic planning, donor engagement, campaign communications, and publications.Responsibilities:Campaign strategy formulationProspect list managementDevising and implementing solicitation tacticsDonor relationsBoard reportingOrchestrating the involvement of Executive staff, board members, and the Steering CommitteeQualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, nonprofit management, or a related field preferred5+ years of experience in capital campaign managementDemonstrated success in raising significant funds for nonprofit organizationsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to work within deadlines and deliver results consistentlyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCatholic Charities Worcester County is an equal opportunity employer.
