EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED FOR POWER BASE COORDINATOR: Field service calls for power base issues from customers, as well as showroom locations.Troubleshoot with customers, both internal and external, problems with power bases.Train delivery drivers on proper installation and setup of all power bases available.Conduct in-home repairs (requires traveling to customers homes), in factory repairs, and on showroom floor repairs (requires driving) of power bases.Coordinate all parts and billing with power base vendors.Identify, report, and annotate issues for power bases.Work with employees across all departments.Work on an organizational level with other departments to ensure customer needs are met; answer sales questions about products, prices, and availability.Work with customer service to resolve warranty issues.Perform any other duties as directed by management.EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS FOR POWER BASE COORDINATOR: Ability to lift merchandise of 50 lbs; ability to communicate effectively with team members; positive attitude when working with customers; must be at least 21 years of age with a valid Driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or 1 chargeable accident within the past three years; knowledge of employment, merchandise handling and safety procedures.PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS: To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, an employee must be able to perform the following: Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, climbing, crawling, walking, pulling, lifting, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion.Heavy Work: Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs constantly to move objects.
