Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Evaluate and process mortgage loan applications
- Close mortgage loans efficiently and accurately
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure compliance with mortgage industry regulations
- Utilize mortgage origination software effectively
- Conduct financial analysis for loan applications
- Negotiate loan terms with clients
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
- Experience in mortgage lending or financial services
- Strong knowledge of loan products and regulations
- Proficiency with mortgage origination software
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Bilingual capabilities, particularly in Spanish
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience managing a diverse workload
