About This Position

You must reside in Oklahoma or be willing to relocate there. Relocation assistance will be offered.

The General Manager plans, directs, and coordinates activities across multiple facilities (at least 2). This includes training team members, managing food service operations, ensuring compliance with policies, laws, and regulations, and maintaining accurate reports of financial, production, and activity data.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and instruct team members in food service practices.
• Ensure team members are trained and capable of performing their responsibilities safely and in compliance.
• Enforce rules, policies, procedures, and security guidelines.
• Maintain product service quality through evaluations and complaint investigations.
• Manage food service operations in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Ensure facilities are sanitary and follow health codes.
• Maintain accurate on-site reports of financial, production, and activity data.
• Maintain contract compliance and control costs.
• Perform other duties as needed.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School diploma/GED plus relevant experience required.
• SERV Safe Certification.
• At least five years of food service experience, preferably in a correctional setting.
• Previous multi-unit supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with purchasing, inventory, ordering, receiving, and cost control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
