General Manager

Seeking a General Manager that is: well organized, detail oriented and is comfortable balancing multiple tasks simultaneously. This role will be with an emerging company in the disinfectant and janitorial cleaning services industry. The General Manager will coordinate all aspects of the Company's operations, including, but not limited to sales, marketing, distribution, product delivery & application, and managing relationships with each individual client. They will help achieve sales and revenue goals, client loyalty and retention, as well as ensure the team is providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations with the goal of providing superior customer service to the clients
• Manage existing accounts including scheduling services and product deliveries to clients

• Offer direction to staff in all aspects of operations, service and client care
• Responsible for managing basic financial performance of the operations, including revenue growth and expense control
• Submit weekly, monthly, and yearly reports, to investment partners
• Assist with ongoing operational initiatives across the company

• Highly detail-oriented and organized; ability to juggle many projects and meet deadlines
• Driven, self-motivated with a proven ability to operate independently, in small teams and with significant individual responsibility
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a demonstrated willingness to take on tasks across the full range of responsibilities

• Ability to think creatively and articulate complex messages and ideas simply and clearly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the industrial cleaning industry
