Ms. Williams is an internationally known and experienced Contract Manager with extensive knowledge of DOD, DOS, UN, AU, NGO, ADF, NATO, and DFID programs. She has excellent management and business development skills supported by good inter-personal skills built on sound management training and experience gained over 25 years. Extensive experience in most logistical software, project management, databases, and commonly used graphic programs. For work performed for the US Military, he was recognized by the Defense Contract Management Agency for cost savings and received The US Army Commendation Medal Award on two occasions for support provided to U.S. Government personnel assigned to overseas duty in combat zones.
