REPORTS TO: Chief Operating Officer. PURPOSE: Assist the Membership Services department in the development and growth of USA Softballs grassroots programs through communication and customer service of regions and local associations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist council members with program management, production reports, league and tournament management. Train new council members to be familiar with USA Softball governance and local association benchmarks. Assist Chief Operating Officer in the interpretation of the USA Softball Bylaws and Code. Includes handling of telephone inquiries from commissioners and other council members regarding application of the Code. Monitor the delivery of the new membership programs and platforms such as registration, ACE Coaching program, Safe Softball, and background check process. Develop USA Softball educational materials and content for communications.
