We'd love for you to join as a Sr Product Manager at Invenco by GVR, a Vontier operating company. The Senior Product Manager, POS (point-of-sales) will be responsible for product planning and execution, including assessing customer needs, analyzing market trends, and prioritizing product requirements. The Product Manager will define the product vision and collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.

This position reports to the Senior Director of Product Management and is open to remote work within the United States, following Eastern or Central Time Zone hours.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Engage with customers and conduct market research to identify new features and opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for POS and SCO (self-checkout) software products.
• Identify additional customer needs within the fuel & convenience retail space and determine how to deliver solutions—build, buy, or partner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet market needs.
• Prioritize product backlog and manage the lifecycle of features from conception to launch.
• Analyze performance metrics and use data-driven insights for product improvements.
• Act as a product evangelist at industry events, conferences, and with key clients.
• Create business cases for new products and features.
• Travel as needed to meet with customers and gather market insights.

ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of product management experience in the software industry, preferably with POS software in the convenience and retail fuel sector.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a product lifecycle.
• Strong technical background with understanding of software development and web technologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Strategic and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in retail or fuel retail is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

The salary range is $147,290 to $227,000 annually, based on experience, skills, location, and credentials.
