Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree and four years of professional experience.
• OR a Bachelor's degree and five years of professional experience.
• OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional level experience for each year of the required education.

Job Duties

• This position will serve as the SDU contract monitor, financial review supervisor, and Center for Finance & Budget state contact.
• Duties include ensuring compliance with SDU contract terms, acting as a liaison between state and contract staff, reviewing and approving the monthly invoice, managing the financial review process, creating review samples, creating final reports and meeting with district office management to discuss findings, serving as CFB state contact answering calls and emails from CARE, SDU, ESC, other OCSS staff, employers and attorneys.
