We're hiring Group Leaders to join our before and after school programs in Norman Public Schools. As a Group Leader, you'll be the Guide on every child's journey-leading engaging activities, supporting learning, and creating a space where kids feel safe, seen, and excited to explore.

🎨 What You'll Do:

As a Group Leader, you'll:

🧠 Lead Fun, Educational Activities
Help kids build social skills, express creativity, and stay active through hands-on experiences.

✨ Spark Curiosity & Joy
Guide students in projects that stretch their imagination and grow their confidence.

🤝 Collaborate with Your Team
Work side by side with fellow Group Leaders to keep the day smooth, fun, and meaningful.

🌟 Be a Positive Role Model
Lead with kindness and care, creating a warm and welcoming environment.

🎉 Celebrate Every Win
Whether it's a new friendship or finishing a craft-every day brings a reason to smile!

🕒 Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, Part-Time

  • Morning Shift: 6:15 AM - start of school

  • Afternoon Shift: 15 minutes before dismissal - 6:15 PM

• ⏳ Great for college students, parents, and professionals seeking part-time flexibility!

💵 $15/hour, depending on education and experience

✅ Requirements:

✔️ At least 18 years old
✔️ High school diploma or GED
✔️ Experience/education that meets Oklahoma childcare licensing requirements
✔️ Able to pass a background check
✔️ Positive attitude and a heart for working with children!
