About the Position:
Join the Executive Management Team at the Children's Recovery Center (CRC) and play a vital role in shaping clinical services for youth across Oklahoma. This leadership position oversees the delivery of evidence-based treatment within our children's program and is responsible for supervising Licensed Behavioral Health Professionals (LBHPs) and case management staff. You will be instrumental in setting strategic direction and ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care for youth with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
Salary & Benefits:
- Annual Salary Range: $73,000 - $84,893 (based on experience, DMH tenure, and certification)
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Employment Type: Full-time | FLSA Status: Exempt
- Master's degree in a behavioral science field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with individuals experiencing both mental health and substance use disorders
- One (1) year of supervisory experience
- Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional as defined by Title 43A of the Oklahoma Statutes
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed for the role
