Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Duration: Direct Hire

Location: Tinker AFB, OK

Onsite Requirement: 5 days a week onsite at Tinker AFB

Clearance: Ability to obtain (Secret Clearance preferred)

Requirements:

• 10+ years of systems/ mechanical engineering experience on an aircraft
• 5+ years of DoD experience
• Bachelor's Degree in a ABET accredited engineering discipline
• Airworthiness experience

Plusses:

• KC-46 or any large aircraft experience

Job Description:

An employer is seeking a Senior Systems Integrator Engineer to work onsite at Tinker AFB in OKC, OK for a direct hire opportunity. This resource will support the development, procurement, sustainment, and modification of aircraft systems, subsystems, components, and equipment. They will be supporting the KC-46 aircraft supporting things like landing gear, hydraulics, pneumatics systems, and etc.

• Provide systems engineering expertise in areas such as system design and integration, manufacturing, quality assurance, airworthiness, industrial engineering, and configuration/data management.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of key systems engineering documentation, including system specifications, requirements documents, and systems engineering plans.
• Translate requirements into contractor deliverables such as software development plans, technical sub-specifications, and procedures, ensuring consistent application of systems engineering processes across all phases of development, production, and sustainment.
• Deliver engineering and technical support across system and subsystem design, development, integration, testing, and deployment.
• Define and manage technical processes, requirements, and system interfaces, supporting air system and avionics development initiatives.
• Contribute to system reviews and studies to help establish system requirements, performance parameters, and integration with related acquisition elements.
• Assist in the development and execution of configuration, data, and risk management processes and plans.
