Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Security Project Manager (PM) to oversee a comprehensive armed/unarmed security program supporting the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC). This is a key leadership role requiring strong management, administrative, and regulatory compliance experience. If you are currently working at MMAC, contact us immediately and mention it.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary point of contact for all operational communications between the company and FAA.
  
• Lead all contract security functions: access control, patrols, surveillance, and emergency coordination.
  
• Address staffing, violations, deficiencies, and training requirements.
  
• Maintain all employee readiness, licensing, and certification files.
  
• Oversee contractor quality control and compliance programs.
  
• Available on-site during regular hours and on-call during emergencies.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (minimum)
  
• 5+ years of security management experience overseeing 30+ personnel
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills
  
• Must meet FAA Suitability Requirements and pass a background check
  
• Must be able to walk, stand, and respond to emergencies as needed
  
• Computer proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
