Home Instead is searching for dedicated and compassionate Caregivers to help seniors live independently with dignity and care. We offer a range of non-medical services to support elderly clients in their homes and create a positive impact on their lives.

We are seeking individuals who can provide meaningful companionship to our senior clients in the Norman area and surrounding communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engaging companionship and lively conversation
• Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Providing medication reminders and helping with appointments
• Offering incidental transportation as needed
• Caring for clients with Alzheimer's and other memory-related conditions

Requirements to Join Our Team:

• A strong ability to treat seniors with dignity and respect
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients in a positive manner
• Successful completion of a criminal background check, DMV check, and pre-employment drug screening
• A valid driver's license and auto insurance or reliable transportation

*Pay rates range from $11.00 to $14.00, depending on the level of care required by each client.*
