Vice President of Finance, Benefits and Compensation:

Vice President of Finance Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of senior financial leadership experience within a 100M resort
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (advanced degree preferred).
• CPA designation required.
• Strong command of financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
• Exceptional communicator, able to translate complex data into actionable insight.
