Must be clearable - eligible for DOD clearance

DUTIES:

• Design Wire Harness and RF Cables including shielding and grounding, EMI/RFI
• Design Electrical Schematics, Cable Block Diagrams, Wire Harness Diagrams.
• Determine lengths and available space for components as required.
• Design electrical panels/assemblies (circuit breaker panels, junction boxes, control panels).

• STRONG experience in Wire harness and cabling design (5-25 years)
• Minimum 3 yrs of exp in wire harness and/or RF cable design, preferable 10-15 years.
• Exp with HarnesSYS, CEEDS, Mentor Graphics Capital, and/or similar ECAD tools

• Military applications
• MIL-50881

• CATIA v5, NX 3D or similar systems.
• Supplier management exp
• Exp managing cost and schedule
• Mil-Std-704, and AS50881
• Active DOD Secret Clearance
