Overview
Reporting to the Senior Director of Annual Giving, the Annual Giving Project Manager is responsible for assisting with high-profile fundraising initiatives and managing the ongoing operations of a complex, multi-channel annual giving program. This role supports strategic projects such as Giving Day, the President's Associates calendar, and major direct mail solicitations, while also coordinating the production of hundreds of broad-based print and digital campaigns each year. The Project Manager ensures that all communications are accurate, on brand, and delivered on time and within budget, while fostering a collaborative, client-focused process that supports university partners across all three campuses.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field, plus 1-2 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, communications, sales, or related project management required. Master's degree or Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) certification, experience working within a large university or foundation setting, and demonstrated success managing a complex communications calendar or high-volume production process preferred. Experience developing and managing budgets, familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads, or similar), and proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or similar design/publishing tools also preferred.
