Position Overview:

The Corporate Advisors Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic partnership initiatives across multiple functional areas. This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of communications, customer relations, executive support, legal services, policy, performance management, innovation, resilience, infrastructure, environmental, and social development strategies within SayPro's corporate advisory framework.

The successful candidate will be a highly skilled leader and strategic thinker, capable of managing complex projects and teams while driving organizational effectiveness and fostering sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead quarterly and monthly strategic partnerships activities involving corporate advisory functions.
• Manage communications and customer relations to enhance stakeholder engagement.
• Provide executive and council support aligned with strategic partnership goals.
• Coordinate human resources, legal services, and policy and strategy development within the partnerships framework.
• Oversee information and knowledge management, information systems, and technology integration.
• Drive organizational performance management, including contract management, data science initiatives, and innovation strategies.
• Lead resilience planning and customer service support aligned with executive direction.
• Manage business enablement, resource management, and housing-related initiatives.
• Support urban management, climate change, energy market strategies, and infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, parks, and utilities.
• Oversee social development, disaster risk management, administrative functions, and division-wide strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety, police, fire, emergency medical, and disaster preparedness protocols.
• Manage budgeting, financial reporting, tax collection, and municipal health services.
• Address environmental concerns including waste management, recycling, pollution control, and conservation efforts.
• Foster transportation and traffic efficiency, digital municipal operations, and citizen engagement.
