As Senior Associate/Product Manager Creative Production Capabilities, you'll serve in a dual-hat role: owning the creative production capability roadmap while acting as an embedded expert within agile pods to accelerate asset creation and ensure alignment with enterprise standards. You'll define and manage tools, templates, and workflows that support efficient creative development across channels. This role is central to enabling intelligent, modular content experiences that drive member engagement and operational efficiency.
This role supports the development of creative production capabilities, including asset workflows, template management, and integration with content and orchestration platforms. You'll collaborate with brand, creative, compliance, and technology teams to ensure assets are reusable, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
