Evaluate parts and component discrepancies to determine engineering disposition and configuration impact. Provide technical support for Over and Above (O&A) requests, cost estimates, and engineering justifications. Support TCTO, TD, and TCI planning, implementation coordination, and compliance tracking at the program level. Ensure technical directives and configuration changes are accurately reflected in supply and maintenance data systems. Coordinate with OEM and government engineering authorities on part applicability, substitutions, and approvals. Maintain configuration control and support updates to aircraft and equipment records from a material and engineering perspective. Perform data analysis on part reliability, usage trends, and recurring component issues to recommend improvements.
