Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into strategic initiatives
• Oversee creation and maintenance of training materials for product adoption
• Monitor user data to identify opportunities for improving user experience
• Actively participate in agile development teams and coach business partners on agile practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience in the insurance or financial services industry
• At least 3 years of agile leadership experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
• Demonstrated knowledge of product development and agile methodologies, preferably Scrum and/or SAFe
• Certifications such as CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or SAFe certifications are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale system implementations or system conversions
• Strong dynamic communication skills and ability to inspire senior leadership
• Passion for product delivery and strong relationship-building skills
• Ability to influence without direct authority
• Experience supporting Underwriting, Insurance Product Launches, or Data and Analytics
