The Michael F. Price College of Business Graduate Programs OKC Office manages a number of graduate programs, including the Master of Business Administration, MS in Finance and MS in Entrepreneurship & Innovation programs. Advisors within the Graduate Programs Office are assigned programs and responsibilities as appropriate. Essential Duties:Performs all duties of an Academic Advisor as appropriate. Monitors the academic health and degree progression of assigned students, to include transcript review, enrollment tracking, and active outreach. Develops a rapport of trust with assigned students. Assists in new advisor onboarding and training. Mentor's new advisors. Responds to communications via phone and email in a timely manner. Engages in assessment and data collection. Represents unit at recruitment events. Participates in Academic Life Coaching. Liaison between University of Oklahoma and transfer institutions.
