Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Packager with a strong work ethic and a desire to be an integral part of an effective team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Package and inspect brick in a fast-paced production environment.
• Work in indoor and outdoor conditions year-round; production areas are not climate controlled.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Skills and Experience Required for Success

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours daily.
• Ability to grip, lift, and carry bricks weighing 16-35 lbs, up to 4,000 repetitions per shift.
• Ability to bend, twist, and reach overhead frequently while packaging materials.
• Strong attention to detail for visual inspection of brick for clarity and color.
• Must be able to wear required PPE (provided by the company).
