Job Summary

The Stock Picker and Packer plays a vital role in inventory control and order fulfillment. This position involves picking products from designated warehouse locations, preparing items for shipment, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Stock Picking

• Pick items from shelves, racks, or warehouse locations using order sheets or digital systems
• Verify product types, quantities, and inventory numbers
• Safely handle materials, including heavy or oversized items
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in completing daily orders

Packing & Shipping

• Prepare products for shipment by wrapping, bundling, stacking, or palletizing
• Inspect items for damage or irregularities before packing
• Label boxes, pallets, and shipments correctly
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed

Inventory & Warehouse Maintenance

• Participate in inventory cycle counts and report discrepancies
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, and forklifts (if certified)
• Support general warehouse or production tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse, stocking, or picking experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic reading, counting, and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment
• Dependability and teamwork mindset
