Make-Ready/Maintenance Technician

Location: Norman

Schedule: Monday through Friday, Full-Time; 8am-5pm

Pay: $17.00/hr+

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Make-Ready & Maintenance Technician to support residential properties in Norman. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in basic make ready/maintenance work and enjoy maintaining and preparing rental units for occupancy. Key Responsibilities:

• Complete all make-ready tasks for vacant units
• Repair basic issues on appliances as requested
• Perform general plumbing and electrical maintenance (e.g., toilets, light switches, garbage disposals, ceiling fans)
• Rekey locks and perform basic security tasks
• Replace light bulbs and repair minor issues such as broken gloves or fixtures
• Assist in maintaining tools, equipment, and inventory of supplies
• HVAC Repair and Maintenance

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday - Friday; 8am-5pm (Some weekend availability may be required based on project needs)

Qualifications:

• Valid Oklahoma Driver's License
• Able to bend, stoop, and stand for the duration of the shift
• Must be reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Drug screen (safety sensitive) and background check may be required
