Production Cleaner Position Available for Immediate Hire
Hours 9:00am-1:00pm Mon-Fri
Compensation: #13/hr
HM Solutions is currently seeking energetic and highly motivated individuals to join our team as a Production Floor Technician.
The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises.
- Perform cleaning and maintenance of all floors, this includes Stripping, waxing and scrubbing of the factory floors, restroom, and break room.
- Complete work assignments in a timely manner.
- Utilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure.
- Use and maintain equipment properly.
- Operate and maintain all equipment correctly and safely
- Always observe safety precautions, uses safety signs "wet floor"
- Ability to work without normal supervision
- Reports on safety hazards as appropriate
- Wear identification while on duty.
- Maintain regulatory requirements, including all state, federal and local regulations
- Participate in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities.
- Health, Dental and Vision after 60 days

- Full time employees 1 week paid vacation after 1 full year of service
- Sick time accrued each pay period
