Description:

Express Employment International is seeking a strategic and results-driven IT Services Delivery Manager to lead and manage the portfolio of IT Service Delivery projects across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of IT services that support business operations and enhance user experience.

This position sits within our Oklahoma City based corporate office, currently with an expectation to be onsite 80% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the ITS portfolio of projects related to IT service delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver IT services and solutions, including infrastructure upgrades, service desk enhancements, and enterprise system implementations
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of IT services across the organization, adhering to ITIL best practices and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Collaborate with business units, vendors, and internal teams to gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate project status and outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Proactively manage risks and resolve issues that may impact project delivery or service performance
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track project progress, service performance, and resource utilization

Education & Experience Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field required
  • Masters degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in IT service delivery or IT project management

Knowledge, Skills, Or Abilities
  • Proven experience managing a portfolio of IT projects in a mid-to-large enterprise environment
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service management principles
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • PMP, ITIL, or similar certifications preferred
