Our Taco Bell franchise is hiring Team Members for our many restaurants. Do you possess great customer service, leadership, team spirit and are looking to showcase your talents? A Taco Bell Food Champion, also known as a Team Member, prepares food, takes orders, and provides customer service. They are responsible for ensuring a positive dining experience and maintaining food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Customer service: Greet customers, take orders, and handle payments
• Food preparation: Prepare food ingredients, assemble orders, and package products
• Food safety: Maintain food safety standards and check food temperatures
• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communication: Communicate with team members and customers
• Menu knowledge: Be an expert on the menu and promotions

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years old
• Have reliable transportation
• Be a team player
• Be committed to customer satisfaction
• Have good communication skills
• Be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Have a food handler's certificate
• Be safety-focused, punctual, and respectful
