Job Description Job Description Responsibilities #HireNRHS$20,000 Sign-On BonusManage the processing of orders and the dispensing of medications in accordance with established guidelines, protocols, and regulatory standards.Ensure that medication therapies are safe, age-appropriate, and cost-effective for all patients.Support the educational objectives of the department.Improve the accuracy, efficiency, and overall performance of pharmacy operations to enhance patient safety and outcomes.Qualifications EducationA Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) from an accredited pharmacy institution.ExperienceA minimum of 1500 hours of pharmacy practice experience. Two years of full-time equivalent experience in pharmacy services within a healthcare system or with medication use technology in a health system is preferred. Ideally, candidates will have at least one year of experience with the current medication technology systems used in health systems, demonstrating the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in complex team settings.Licensure/CertificationMust be licensed and in good standing with the state pharmacy board. Membership in professional organizations such as the Oklahoma Society of Health-System Pharmacists and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists is highly encouraged.
