The Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager will lead the planning, design, and execution of complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects while supporting business development initiatives and mentoring technical staff. This role serves as a trusted advisor to municipal and utility clients and plays a key role in strengthening long-term client relationships across the Central Region.

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Kansas, Missouri, or Oklahoma, or ability to obtain within six (6) months of employment.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive project management experience in water and wastewater engineering.
Demonstrated experience developing client relationships and successfully pursuing and delivering projects.
Proven leadership and mentoring experience with junior engineering staff.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work regularly in the Kansas City, Oklahoma City, or Tulsa office.
Experience working with municipal or utility clients in Kansas, Missouri, or Oklahoma.
Experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams on large capital improvement projects.
Familiarity with state and local regulatory requirements for water and wastewater infrastructure.
Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods.
Ability to perform site visits, including walking on uneven terrain and navigating active construction sites.
Ability to perform light to moderate physical activity, including occasional lifting of materials or equipment up to 25 pounds.
Primarily office-based environment with periodic field visits to project and construction sites.
Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions during site visits.
Moderate noise levels during field activities.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule supported; regular in-office presence required based on business needs.
