Job Summary: The Kimray Internship Program offers students hands-on experience in a professional manufacturing environment. Interns work alongside industry experts, contribute to real projects, and develop technical and professional skills for future success. Through mentorship and collaboration, interns gain insight into our culture and the values that drive innovation and excellence at Kimray.

Essential Job Functions:

In addition to a summer project, there will be opportunities to do some of the following, based on project assignment:

• Assist with inspection and testing of components, assemblies, and finished products.
• Support root cause analysis, corrective action, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help maintain and update quality documentation, control plans, and inspection records.
• Participate in audits and process capability studies.
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with measurement tools, quality systems, or data analysis methods preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to learning and maintaining Kimray's high standards of quality and service.
• Must pass background check and drug screen
