Property Condition Inspector

Are you passionate about ensuring the quality of homes? As a Property Condition Inspector, you will play a crucial role in assessing properties acquired by House Buyers of America. This role not only focuses on detailed inspections but also involves assisting with construction and settlement tasks in the field.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conducting thorough due diligence inspections to evaluate property conditions and identify necessary repairs.
• Creating detailed reports and capturing high-quality photographs of properties.
• Collaborating with construction and settlement teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently in the field.
• Verifying that all punch-out items are completed and documenting the construction process with precise photographs.
• Regularly inspecting homes to monitor construction progress and ensure quality standards are met.
• Installing and removing lockboxes and marketing materials as needed.
• Delivering necessary equipment to properties to aid in timely operations.

Who You Are:

• You hold a Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• You possess exceptional communication skills and are proficient with computers.
• Although not mandatory, a license as a Home Inspector is preferred, particularly in MD, DC, or VA.
