Job Title: Rigging and Cutting Specialist

Location: Working in Multiple States

Job Type: Full-Time Travel: Up to 95% Salary: Hourly Range $22.45-23.45 plus benefits per Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Duties/Responsibilities/Physical Requirements:

• Use an oxy-fuel cutting torch safely while working at heights.
• Operate cranes and understand hoisting equipment and proper hand signals.
• Perform safety-sensitive tasks in compliance with Brandenburg's environmental and safety policies.
• Work effectively in personal protective equipment throughout the shift and in all weather conditions.
• Exhibit agility, coordination, and dexterity of hands and feet.
• Climb and work on high structures and navigate difficult spaces.
• Walk and work on uneven surfaces.
• Demonstrate regular and predictable attendance.

Education / Experience: Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with 2-3 years of burning, rigging, or crane work experience.

Job Specific Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Responsible and safety-minded with a strong work ethic.
• Experience with man lifts or the ability to learn quickly.
• Collaborative team player with a background in demolition, construction, or industrial work.
