OVERVIEW

As a Senior Technology Product Manager, you will take charge of driving the strategic development roadmap for customer-facing platforms, online products, and innovative workflow solutions. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality features and user experiences that align with our business goals. With an emphasis on utilizing content, Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), and advanced technologies, you will leverage your expertise in content processing, indexing, and search applications to enhance professional research. You will collaborate daily with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective development and support of products while reporting to the Product Management Director.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate closely with Product Directors to establish and manage a development roadmap focused on maximizing customer and business value.

• Analyze business challenges and recommend best practices to enhance workflows, products, processes, or services.

• Unify stakeholders around the vision for workflow solutions and product lines.

• Provide clear vision and direction to cross-functional Agile teams and stakeholders.

• Lead projects across various functional areas with minimal guidance, managing resource requirements, risks, and complexities.

• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analyses to inform product decisions.

• Define and implement user journeys within workflow solutions to improve user engagement.

• Engage with customers and subject matter experts to validate development designs.

• Coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams to develop, market, and support workflow solution products.

• Represent the Product Management team in planning for development, releases, and product maintenance.

• Stay informed about emerging technologies impacting the industry, including GenAI and Large Language Models (LLM).

• Assist marketing and sales teams by providing comprehensive product-related information.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's degree; advanced degrees with research exposure are a plus, or equivalent experience.

Experience: 8+ years of product management experience.

• 10+ years in the design and development of online research products and workflow solutions.

• 5+ years as a product manager with experience in content and search platforms, including some GenAI applications.

• 8+ years' experience using Lean and Agile methodologies to build products and continuously enhance user adoption and engagement.

• Experience in medical research or medical product development is a plus.

TRAVEL: Occasional travel of 10-15% may be required.

COMPENSATION:

Salary range: $105,800.00 - $185,450.00 USD. This role is also eligible for bonuses.
