As a Smart Home Security Specialist, you'll play a critical role in what matters most to our customers: safeguarding their families and homes.

The process is straightforward; there is no cold calling or door-to-door sales involved.

You will be connected with customers who are already interested in ADT home security. Our Inside Sales team schedules in-home appointments for you. Your role involves helping customers evaluate their security options on-site and designing a customized home security package that best fits their needs. You will have the opportunity to earn unlimited sales commissions based on how homeowners choose to protect their homes. The best part is you manage the entire process, ensuring the customer is better protected upon your departure.

Responsibilities include:

• Helping homeowners develop tailored Smart Security solutions.
• Providing exceptional customer interaction—every day brings a new chance to impress, as you'll be the first face-to-face contact our customers have with SafeStreets!
• Executing customized installation, troubleshooting, and demonstrations of ADT-monitored security systems.

Qualifications:

• An entrepreneurial spirit and career-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Proof of vehicle insurance (100/300/100 minimum).
• A smartphone or tablet.

This position includes physical requirements such as the ability to work overhead, carry loads of 30-50 pounds (like equipment boxes and ladders), operate power tools, and navigate confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces.
