Qualifications

• Active or soon-to-be licensed real estate agent in New Jersey.
• Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, ensuring a positive experience.
• Proven track record of self-motivation and a proactive approach to developing new business opportunities.
• Comfortable using technology and online communication tools to engage with clients and manage tasks.
