This critical role focuses on the human side of change within our organization, driving successful project execution to meet objectives within budget and on time. As a Change Management Consultant, you will create and implement effective strategies that foster employee adoption and enhance the utilization of new systems, processes, and technologies. Your efforts will lead to higher efficiency and increased value realization across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize structured change management methodologies to partner effectively with project sponsors and managers in developing actionable plans.
  • Conduct thorough change management assessments to identify stakeholder impact and readiness for the upcoming changes.
  • Design and implement comprehensive change management strategies, ensuring senior leadership maintains robust support.
  • Evaluate organizational culture to align with change initiatives and address any gaps.
  • Enhance the skills of change sponsors and leaders through direct coaching and training sessions.
  • Monitor change progress by defining success metrics and reporting on the status to key stakeholders.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall project success.

Education Requirements:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or a related field.

Substitutions:

  • 6 years of relevant experience in healthcare, project management, change management, or business analysis may substitute for a Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred:

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.

Experience Required:

Required:

  • 5 years of experience in Consulting.
  • 5 years of experience in Strategic Planning or Corporate Development.

Skills Required:

  • Proficient in Change Management methodologies.
  • Strong leadership in implementing organizational changes.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and analytical skills for business problems.
  • Effective stakeholder management and business strategy expertise.
  • Experience in Program Management and Training Delivery.

Travel Requirements: 0% - 25% travel may be required for this position.

Physical and Mental Demands: This is an office-based position. The role may require occasional travel to various work sites and some physical activity, such as lifting up to 10-25 pounds.

Compensation:

Pay Range Minimum: $78,900.00

Pay Range Maximum: $147,500.00
