Description We are looking for a skilled Title Clerk to join our team on a Contract to permanent employment basis in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role is essential for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of title records while supporting administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possessstrong attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing title-related processes.Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough title searches to verify ownership and identify any discrepancies.- Review and clear titles to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.- Examine title documents to confirm accuracy and resolve any issues.- Digitize and organize documents by scanning and maintaining electronic records.- Collaborate with team members to support administrative office tasks.- Communicate with stakeholders to obtain necessary information for title processing.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and industry practices.- Ensure timely completion of all title-related duties.- Provide assistance in preparing reports and documentation as needed.
