GENERAL PURPOSE: The Customer Service Associate is dedicated to providing an outstanding shopping experience for our Customers. By making eye contact, smiling, and greeting every Customer with warmth, the Associate fosters a friendly atmosphere while working cohesively with fellow Associates. This role requires adherence to company best practices, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring merchandise is well presented. The Associate will engage in various tasks throughout the Store as business needs arise and may be asked to take on additional responsibilities to meet Customer service and operational objectives.
