Full Time Loader and Customer Service Associate

What You Will Do

As a key member of our team, you will ensure that every customer receives outstanding service while maintaining an organized and safe shopping environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner to answer their questions.
  • Retrieving, loading, and replenishing merchandise efficiently.
  • Assisting customers and team members with safely moving products.
  • Loading merchandise into customer vehicles promptly and accurately.
  • Replenishing shelves for the next customers to find what they need.
  • Prioritizing safety by regularly lifting and moving merchandise throughout your shift.

Travel Requirements: Although regular travel is not needed, you may occasionally attend meetings, trainings, or support nearby stores.

What We're Looking For

  • Availability for full-time (39-40 hours per week) or part-time (up to 25 hours per week) shifts, with flexibility for mornings, afternoons, and evenings any day of the week.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing for prolonged periods, lifting up to 25 pounds without assistance, and possibly handling heavier loads with assistance.

What You Need To Succeed

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of experience using a computer for data entry and information retrieval.
  • Experience with retail technology, including smartphones and tablets.
  • Willingness and ability to obtain necessary sales-related licenses or registrations as required by law.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of retail experience.
  • Experience as a Loader in a home improvement or hardware setting.
  • Experience in any role within a Lowe's retail store.
  • Merchandising experience that includes stocking, recovery, and maintaining product displays and signage.
  • Experience in handling, loading, and unloading products in any industry.
