Your Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
• Wash and sanitize all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
• Operate the dishwasher and other equipment safely and effectively.
• Manage waste by emptying trash in the kitchen and other designated areas.
• Support cooks with food preparation tasks, including our signature Cheddar Bay biscuits.
• Keep guest satisfaction and team collaboration as priorities in every task.
• Adhere to cleanliness and safety protocols.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Must be of legal age and authorized to work in the country.
• Previous culinary experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Willingness to stand and move throughout a shift lasting 8 to 12 hours.
• A collaborative team player with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
